Youth Aliyah has set up management committees comprised of leading laypeople to oversee its residential villages.

The new committees will enhance accountability and transparency in the management of the villages and mobilize leading members of Israel’s business community and public figures who will use their know-how, insights and connection to advance the cause of Youth Aliyah.
 
General (reserves) Aharon Zeev Farkash, the former Head of IDF Intelligence and today a businessman is Chairman of Ben Yakir’s Management Committee.

General Farkash is himself a graduate of Youth Aliyah.

Shmuel Rifman, Head of the Ramat Hanegev Regional Council is Chairman of the Nitzana Management Committee, while Avi Naor, Chairman of Ramat Hadassah Szold, has agreed to Chair the Kiryat Yearim Management Committee.

Hadassah Neurim has successfully operated for the past few years under a management committee chaired by General (reserves) Yoram Yair (Yaya).
