The therapeutical staff at the youth village has been working on defining the goals and creating a vision, as part of a holistic process of organizational change at the village.

The staff has held many meetings, to dream and express through metaphoric work the aspirations to develop, grow and create a nurturing and encouraging work environment.

But this is not the end of the process, rather the beginning- we now turn to define specific goals and objectives for the coming year.

The therapeutic staff at the Ben Yakir youth village will aspire to answer every child, according to his needs, while maintaining mutual respect, in order to improve their quality of life and help them reach their full potential - while being sensitive to their home and community.

The therapeutic staff will aspire to initiate and promote processes in the organization, and work in cooperation with other units, for the benefit of the teens in the village and their staff.

The therapeutic staff will work toward professionalizing and constant learning in order to further improve its professional ability and responses.
