The Warsaw Ghetto Revolt - Introduction

This edition of Rak Reka was devoted to the Zionist Youth Movements in the Warsaw Ghetto as part of the commemoration activities of the uprising which began in April 1943. The materials are designed to help the Shaliach/a, Counsellor and youth worker prepare programmes dealing with this theme. The series is divided into three parts:

1. A brief historical overview of the period, with the minimum amount of information necessary to produce activities on the subject.

2. Ideas for activities for the 15+ age group. These can also be adapted for student and adult groups where appropriate.

3. Some Hadracha Dos and Don'ts, suggesting the type of activities that can and should be done, as well as others that we advise you not to do.
