Yehudit Werchow is the Central Shlicha to the URJ Movement. She was born in Argentina, made Alia on 1978. She lives in Tel Aviv. She studied and graduated in the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, has a B.A. degree in political science and Latino American literature and M.A degree in literature. She also studied in the Hebrew Union College – Rabbinic Program of the Reform Movement in Jerusalem. Her way in the Jewish Agency started as a Logistic and Educational Coordinator for Long and Short Programs for youth and Students from the Diaspora. She is a former Shlicha of the Jewish Agency and Netzer Movement for the Reform Community in Great Britain.
