Sandrine Balloffet Smart- Room Coordinator Sandrine made Aliyah from France in 1994. She holds a BA in German Studies specializing in Literature and Art and an MA in German History. Her thesis topic was about Luther and the Jewish Community. Balloffet is in charge of web conferencing projects and in synchronous online courses. Balloffet uses a state-of-the-art internet platform to bring educators, content and technology together. She is currently training Jewish educators and professionals around the globe in distance learning opportunities in Israel education  via the internet.
