My 'Aliyah' has been very easy because I am surrounded by my wonderful family - sisters, a brother, children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews... but in addition I've been meeting friends from the U.S. and England that I haven't seen for
Years.
All in all my days are never dull. I was at a great-nephew's 'End of Officers’ training Course' in the north and at a great-niece's 2nd birthday party in her 'gan' on a beautiful moshav near Ashkelon, so as you can see I am traveling all over the country. My Aliyah has given me a different life-style!
I don't think I can give any helpful tips because everyone here is helpful to me. Things get done for me, but I am learning Hebrew by reading the grocery bills!
1) Don't find excuses for delaying Aliyah, just get up and go and the sooner the better!
2) Once you are here, you'll find how helpful people can be.
3) May Hashem guide you in finding your way to Eretz Yisroel.
