Making aliyah has been the most beautiful experience we ever had. We have witnessed great cooperation from the beginning at the aliyah center in Miami. and we are still experiencing that now, at the absorption center in Israel. They have made as feel welcomed, providing as with all the help, guidance and everything we need it in order to settle down as easy as possible in Israel.
Here are some tips for people who are considering making aliyah-which is the greatest mitzvah.
Firsts of all just for your information, English is like a second language here, most people here speak it, so is easy to get along.
We are proud parents of 5 children's of different ages, and we have discovered that the younger the children are the easier it is for them to adjust and integrate to their new country .
There is plenty of information on-line that you could cheek, the area where you would like to move to, schools, shuls, the community and whatever you find important- you can find all that on line.
Cheek out the Jewish agency web site www.jafi.org.il or if you are moving directly to a house in a certain city/town, know that most places have a web-site with information just google them.
Israel is a very developed these days; you can find everything you need here.
This is the promise land and believe it or not is defiantly the most safe place for us to be.
