Guest Artists and Speakers' Bureau

In cooperation with Israel Department/Partnership 2000 of the Jewish Agency and a major Israeli production company, the Education Department is launching an initiative to meet the specific needs of Jewish communities interested in creating group encounters and major events to enhance their Israel curriculum or celebrate Israel@60.

Beginning October 2007, an online database of Israeli artistes and speakers will be accessible via the Education Department website, bringing shlichim and communities around the world into the loop of planned appearances of leading Israeli artistes, and allowing them to initiate contact with both Israeli artistes and speakers whom they wish to invite. The repository will include stage artistes of all genres, categorized by area of specialization, with their contact information.
