Mark Leibler is the Chairman of KH Board of Trustees. He also serves as National Chairman of the Australia Israel & Jewish Affairs Council (AIJAC), Life Chairman of the Federal United Israel Appeal and a Governor of the Australia Israel Chamber of Commerce.  He is a former President of the Federal United Israel Appeal of Australia, President of the Zionist Federation of Australia and a member of the Executive of the WZO. He currently serves on the Board of Governors of Haifa University.

A graduate of Melbourne University and Yale University Law School, Mark Leibler is senior partner in the Melbourne law firm of Arnold Bloch Leibler. 

Mark Leibler is a member of the Board of Governors since 1992. He is a member of the Jewish Agency Executive.
