Ms. Laurence Borot is the President of the Keren Hayesod International Women's Division. Since 1976 Ms. Borot is a donor of AUJF – Appel Unifie Juif de France.  She is also a member of the Administrative Board of the Cooperation Feminine. Ms. Borot is a member of the AUJF Major Donor Committee, a member of the Executive of FSJU

In the past she served as the Treasurer of AKIM France, she was a founding member of the French Jewish Radio and served on the committee of 15 (Supporting Soviet refusniks).

On the professional level, Ms. Borot served as the Editor-in-Chief of the International Judo Federation Revue; she served as the Director General of Sa Judogi, she was Technical Director of Judo International and also served as a Designer at J. Roizen & Sons.
