    Ruhama Avraham Balila

    Ruhama Avraham Balila is a former Minister and Member of the Knesset. Her roles in the 31st and 30th Governments included: Minister in charge of Israel's 60th anniversary events; Minister of Tourism; Minister without Portfolio and Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs. She served as a member of the Knesset on the 16th, 17th and 18th Knesset, between 2004 and 2013. She also served as Deputy Speaker of the Knesset. Membership of Knesset Committees included: Chair, Subcommittee for Examining the Effects of the Financial Crisis on Small Businesses; Member, Joint Committee for the Credit Provision Services Law (2002); Member, Finance Committee; Member, Economic Affairs Committee; Member, Committee on the Status of Women and Gender Equality; Member, Committee on Foreign Workers; Chair, House Committee; Member, Public Petitions Committee; Alternate Member, Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee; Member, Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee; Opposition Leader, Finance Committee; Alternate Member, Constitution, Law and Justice Committee. Ruhama Avraham has B.A. in Political Science from the Bar Ilan University. She is a Board member since July 2014.

    Gavri Bargil is the Past Secretary General of the Kibbutz Movement . He was born in Kibbutz Ramot Menashe in 1958. Following his extended military service Bargil underwent an intensive training program in the army to prepare him to serve as brigade commander. Between 1990 and 1996 he served as brigade commander holding the rank of lieutenant colonel.
