Rabbi Meir Azari is Executive Director of Beit Daniel, a congregation in Tel Aviv affiliated with the Israel Movement of Progressive Judaism (IMPJ), and represents the World Zionist Organization as a member of The Jewish Agency Board of Governors.

Prior to his current position, he served as Executive Director of the IMPJ and Chair of MARAM, the Israel Council of Progressive Rabbis.

He has served as a member of The Jewish Agency’s Board of Governors since 2002.
