Limmud Galil

Limmud Galil is a volunteer operated programme in the Galilee for Jewish learning through tolerance and mutual respect.
A dedicated group of volunteers including past Limmud UK delegates and regional residents who have become involved in Limmud Galil since 2001, organize events and activities throughout the year, which are centred around Jewish learning and join all sectors of the population, religious and secular alike
The Partnership2Gether delegates returning from Limmud UK created a year round format of events for regional residents including a Tu B'Shvat Seder with regional community centres, a Shabbat Conference in March, TiyulLimmud in the spring involving hiking with hevruta study, a Tu B'Av event, team Shabbat, several Beit Midrash meetings and the annual two-day conference during Hanukka. The upcoming Conference will be held December 2-3, 2013 at the Rosh Hanikra Holiday village with a full programme of lectures, Hevruta, music, art, Gala evening and tisch to close the two days of  unique and experiential learning.
Details of the programme and registration can be found on the Limmud Galil site:
