Richard (Richie) Pearlstone is the immediately past Chairperson of the Jewish Agency Board of Governors. Richie Pearlstone served in the past as the Chairman of the Budget and Finance Committee and he is a member of the Executive. A past President of the UJA, he served as its National Chairman and National Vice-Chairman. He has also served on the Board of Directors, the Executive Committee and the Strategic Planning Committee of the Associated Jewish Community Federation of Baltimore as well as President and Chair of the Campaign in Aspen.

 

He currently sits on the Boards of the Institute for Jewish and Community Research and of CLAL: The National Jewish Center for Learning and Leadership.

 

A graduate of Boston University, Richard Pearlstone is Chairman and CEO of the Pearlstone Group.

 

A member of the Jewish Agency’s Board of Governors from January 1993 to June 1998 and from June 1999 on. Since June 2011 he serves as an Honorary Board Member.
