The human element of community building was the emphasis in Cleveland Heights when Canterbury Elementary School's PTA hosted 15 Israeli delegates from Beit She'an on Dec. 4.
Beit She'an, located about an hour-and-a-half's drive north of Jerusalem in the valley between Jordan and the Gilboa Mountains, is the Jewish Community Federation of Cleveland's Partnership 2000 city. The group was hosted here by the Federation.
