
Wendy Rudolph
Wendy Rudolph lives in Washington, DC. She has served on the Israel and Overseas Executive Committee for two years and was formerly the co-chair of the Afula Committee. Wendy has volunteered for many years with the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum and currently serves as Co-Chair of the Wings of Memory Society for the Mid Atlantic Region. Wendy is also the chair of the Green Committee at her synagogue, Adas Israel Congregation. She is an attorney, and former partner with Caplin & Drysdale, Chartered. She is married to Graeme Bush and the mother of four children, Emmy, Jenny, Sam and Andie

Les Baer
Les Baer lives in McLean, Virginia with his wife, Marianne, and their two children, Ben and Gabriella. He has been active in the Metropolitan Washington DC Jewish Community since moving to the area in 1995, and served on the Federation Board from 2001-2008. Les is a strong advocate for Israel and has been on the Israel & Overseas Executive Committee since 2006. Prior to becoming Partnership 2000 co-chair, he served on the P2K committee since 2005. Les has previously chaired other Federation Committees, been an active campaign solicitor, participated in Federation Missions to Israel, and is active in his local synagogue, Temple Rodef Shalom.
Professionally, Les most recently co-founded gShare, a global sourcing and consulting company for Washington DC area companies. Many of gShare’s initial service providers were Israel based technology companies. Les holds BA and MA degrees from the University of Michigan, and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
