This committee aims to reduce unemployment by providing seed money for local economic initiatives. It strives to improve the image of the region and label it among target populations in Israel and abroad and hereby increase local and foreign investments. 

*  Regional Annual Festivals draw thousands of people to the region: Expand existing wine and food and Jewish Rock and Soul festivals.

*  Cycling Forum: Transform the region into the "Cycling Capital of Israel" by focusing on bicycle tourism, the sport of cycling, and on bicycles as an alternative form of transportation.

*  Aromatic Oils: Develop an agricultural initiative to grow plant species that can produce oils with therapeutic and aromatic qualities. This will develop together with the wine route, as is the case in France. 

*   Artists Forum: Create a network between artists and other forums in the region in order to promote locally made crafts
