The Etziyon Elementary School in Or Akiva and the Beth Torah Adath Yeshurun Religious School have been twinned for over three years. After returning from a visit to Miami, the principal of the Etziyon School, Shlomi Vazana decided to encourage that relationship and was delighted when his students asked if they could send Mishloach Manot to their friends in Miami.

“The Greater Miami Jewish Community is always surprising us with their concern and their support. Purim is such a happy and special holiday for us in Israel, that our students wanted to share some of that excitement and joy with their friends at BTAY”, said the principal. The fifth and sixth graders at the Etziyon School worked packing and decorating the Manot which were shipped out just in time for Purim.
