One of the Summer Seminar products was a recipe book which we prepared in advance in English and Hebrew. The recipes are for the food we prepared for the meeting, and for cooking and discussion with Hatzor volunteering women, who are active in "Amutat Yedid".

The whole group of Americans and Israelis were divided into small groups led by a Hatzor woman. The cooked a traditional food together. At the end of this activity all the women met and put their products on a long table. There was ethnic music, etc.

The activity took place at every Hatzor private kitchen and was the highlight of the seminar.
