Beth is the managing partner of Lurie, LLP, one of the leading accounting and consulting firms in the United States. In her role as managing partner, she has led the firm’s sponsorship of initiatives to support entrepreneurs from start up to succession. With her energetic approach to strategic partnerships, valuable insights, business development skills, and her vast network of advisors, Beth consults with her clients to help them achieve their goals. Her areas of expertise are as varied as the businesses in our community.

Beth is a recipient of the “2017 Most Powerful Women in Accounting” award by CPA Practice Advisor. She has been recognized for her support of women in business by the Small Business Administration, Women’s Business Development Center, Women Presidents’ Organization, and the National Association of Women Business Owners.

Her leadership positions include past President and Campaign Chair for the Minneapolis Jewish Federation, current leadership positions include: executive committee of United Israel Appeal and member of the Board of Governors of the Jewish Agency for Israel. In addition, Beth serves on the Board of Overseers and Executive Committee for the University of Minnesota – Carlson School of Management. She also serves on the US Bank Board of Advisors and is on the Board of Directors for the Women’s Business Development Center.

Beth received her Bachelor of Science in Business degree in Accounting at the University of Minnesota—Carlson School of Management. She is a CPA, CGMA and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Ms. Kieffer Leonard has been on The Jewish Agency’s Board of Governors since 2008.
