Haim Avitan has managerial abilities and rich professional experience spanning many years, fulfilling senior public positions as Chairman of the Government Authority for Urban Renewal, Mayor of Hadera, Chairman of the Planning and Building Committee, member of various boards of directors, and more.

Haim serves as an advisor to the Ministry of Defense – Director of Ofek North and as a director at Techunity. In the past, he served as Chairman of the Herzig Real Estate Group and Chairman of the Government Authority for Urban Renewal. Between 2005 and 2013, Haim served as Mayor of Hadera and Chairman of the Local Planning and Building Committee. He was also Chairman of the Workers’ Committee at Bezeq Communications.

Haim has a master’s degree in government with a specialization in public policy and administration.
