Einat Reich is active in Israeli capital market, an investor in companies in the fields of medical devices, communications, and real estate in Israel and abroad.

For the past years, she serves as the Chair of Hadassah Neurim Youth Village, member of the steering committee and Chair of its Friends Association.

Einat is also a donor to and member of the steering committee of the Public Forum for Youth Villages and Residential Schools in Israel, Chair of Committee for Partnerships and Professional Capabilities. She is also a representative of philanthropists on National Committee for the Yeted program of the Welfare Ministry for young people in distress and a member of the Board of the Tel Aviv University.
