Amid an escalating war with Iran, in an emergency briefing convened by The Jewish Agency, Chairman Maj. Gen. (Res.) Doron Almog addressed leaders from 60 global Jewish communities.

The Jewish Agency opens its Emergency Situation Room in Jerusalem to assist populations under its care, including olim (new immigrants) and Shlichim (emissaries) worldwide; Jewish Agency Chairman Maj. The new program called “Family Circle,” created by The Jewish Agency for Israel, the National Insurance Institute, and the Ministry of Welfare and Social Affairs, provides therapeutic resources to second- and third-degree relatives of hostage families and terror victims.
