Dafna is the Director of Foreign Trade and International Relations, Manufacturers’ Association of Israel. (Current Position). In this framwork she is responsible for the representation of the interests of the Israeli industrial sector in all aspects of economic foreign policy, international relations, foreign trade, as well as in the formulation of bilateral and multilateral free trade agreements; Representation of the Israeli Industry vis-à-vis international organizations such as the WEF, WTO, and the OECD; Providing Support to manufacturers for the purpose of promoting Israeli export.

In the past she served as International Affairs Coordinator at the Knesset where she promoted the international relations of the Knesset vis-à-vis foreign parliaments, Parliamentary Assemblies, and International Organizations; panned and accompanied visits of incoming and outgoing high ranking delegations including visits of Speakers and heads of State; formulated and implemented cooperation agreements, work plans and position papers.
She also served in the past as Head of International Cooperation, Central Division – Ministry of Public security.

Ms. Kaplansky has a Master degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor degree in Political Science, from Bar Ilan University.
