Gil Gidron is the Chairman of Cardumen Capital, a European VC fund focused on high-tech innovation in Israel. Prior to Cardumen Capital, he was a Senior Managing Director of Accenture Strategy in Europe, Middle East and Africa and founder and president of Accenture Israel.

Gil is founder and President of the Spain Israel Chamber of Commerce, member of the Board of the Circulo de Empresarios, the Spanish Business Round Table, co-president of the Science and Innovation Committee of the Circulo de Empresarios and founder member of the Civic Panel in Spain. Gil was the Chairman of Feaco, the European Federation of Management Consulting Associations and of AEC, the Spanish Consulting Association.

Gil is very active in the economic and business relationship between Spain and Israel and devotes time to the non-for-profit world and philanthropy. He is President of Keren Hayesod in Spain. Gil holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, a Master in Operations Research, and an MBA from Cornell University. Gil was born in Israel and grew up in Spain.
