In September 2025, The Jewish Agency’s Global Aliyah Center, our service center for Olim, won 1st place in HAMIL – The Israeli Center for Management’s 2025 Service Excellence Competition.

The competition, now in its 22nd year, recognizes the top organizations in Israel in the field of service and customer experience.

The Global Aliyah service center offers Olim from all over the world multi-channel and multilingual support to assist them before, during, and after their life-changing journey of moving to Israel.

“The Jewish Agency is proud to be part of every new immigrant’s journey, a journey of hope, which is so needed these days,” said Jewish Agency Chairman Maj. Gen. (res.) Doron Almog. “Aliyah is a profound and meaningful reminder of why we are here.”

Since the October 7 terrorist attacks, more than 50,000 new olim have arrived in Israel with our support in collaboration with the Ministry of Aliyah and Integration.
