Joe Murciano was born in Morocco and is a citizen of France and Israel. Jo has an engineering degree from the Technion and is a manager of large business companies in France.

He’s a social activist in many Jewish organizations in France such as MDA, Bnei Brit, and is very active in Keren Hayesod France.
