Michael Milch is a seasoned Behavioral and Mental Health Operations Consultant with extensive experience in addiction recovery, mental health, and substance abuse treatment. Over the years, Michael has proven his ability to successfully lead and operate businesses, with a strong focus on driving profitability and growth. He is known for his creative, solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving, alongside his risk-taking abilities.

As a manager, Michael embraces a servant leadership philosophy, blending care and support with a strong commitment to accountability and inspiring others through compassion and integrity. His leadership is rooted in a balance of practical business acumen and deep understanding of addiction recovery, making him a unique and valuable asset to any organization. Michael founded and operated Aliya Health Group before selling two years ago. At Aliya, Michael oversaw the operations of twenty-four substance abuse and mental health treatment facilities across the United States.

Michael is also the Founder and President of Diamond and Denim Recruiting, LLC, a company specializing in high-level executive staffing for healthcare, accounting/finance, and construction sectors. He is also a Partner at Purple Stairs and serves as an Advisory Board Member for CoBe Labs. He has a rich history of involvement in various leadership roles, including his tenure as the Executive Vice President of Operations and Strategic Accounts at Footprints to Recovery.

With a passion for community involvement, Michael actively participates in numerous philanthropic and leadership initiatives. He serves as a member of the Young Leadership Cabinet for The Jewish Federations of North America and is a board member for several organizations, including United Hatzalah of Israel and the Jewish Federation of Greater Pittsburgh. Michael’s dedication to giving back to the community extends to his role as a High Holiday Cantor at Shaare Torah Congregation and his work as a Little League baseball coach. Through his diverse skill set, leadership experience, and unwavering commitment to both business success and community service, Michael continues to make a lasting impact in every endeavor he undertakes.

Michael, however, takes the most pride in being a father to five beautiful children and a husband to his most beautiful wife Tova. Michael resides in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania as a very proud fifth generation Pittsburgher.
