Yahal Linternari

Yahal Linternari has worked as a teacher and educator for over two decades, mainly in the field of non-formal education. He is an active member of the kibbutz where he lives. He served as a member of its board of directors and as chair of the education committee and is involved in arranging and producing local and regional cultural events. In recent years, Yahal has worked in education for Jewish youth in the diaspora. He was an emissary of the Jewish Agency in Milan, and has been the director of the European section of World Hashomer Hatzair since 2017. Yahal officiates at Israeli-Jewish marriages under the auspices of the Havaya organization. He was one of the founders of the Magid HaRuah non-profit organization for Jewish renewal in the Megiddo regional council, which was founded in 2018, and served as its first chair. In his spare time, he enjoys running and writing poetry. Yahal holds a bachelor’s degree in education from the Entrepreneurship Center of the Kibbutzim College of Education, Technology and the Arts, and a master’s degree (cum laude) from the Jewish peoplehood program at the University of Haifa. He is married and a father of two, and lives in Kibbutz Ramot Menashe, where he was raised.
